Utility Bills

Use our InvoiceCloud portal to pay your Village utility bills online. Register an account to also sign up for paperless billing, auto-pay, and view previous bills.

To register, you will need your account and customer number.  You can find these on your bill, as shown below.

Vehicle Stickers

Avoid the line and pay online here to purchase your vehicle sticker(s)! 

When paying online, you will enter your information from the vehicle sticker application you received in the mail as shown in red on the example application below. You may also register a new vehicle and delete vehicles you no longer own. After submitting payment for your sticker(s), you will receive it in the mail within 3-5 business days. There is no additional charge for paying online, which accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover (the system does not accept American Express).  

You may also purchase a Vehicle Sticker in person at Village Hall (850 Waukegan Road), Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (closed Noon-1:00PM for lunch).

Parking Tickets

Parking tickets can be paid online at Illinois e-Pay here. Please note that you cannot use a username or password to login and must select "One-Time Payment" instead. After selecting what type of fee you are paying, follow the prompts to fill out the necessary information and select "Add and Checkout."


False Alarm Bills
