2. Women's History Month Art Submission

   The Village of Deerfield Community Relations Commission is looking to honor Women's History Month by highlighting Deerfield artists of all ages and women who inspired them . Celebrate trailblazing women in the arts with your own amazing artwork featured on the Village website.

   Artists, sculptors, photographers, fashion designers, poets, etc. are invited to showcase their creativity and the historic women who have inspired them. Submission deadline is March 22.

   Example: A mannequin wearing a fashion design created by an DHS student whose inspiration is Coco Chanel, the fashion designer who freed women from corsets. Or, a painting by a local artist who was inspired by the strength of Georgia O’Keefe, the trailblazing painter of the American Southwest.
