Recycle Rally

Join the Village of Deerfield for the Recycle Rally, free to all Deerfield residents. Residents can responsibly dispose of and give new life to everyday items. This event is brought to you by the Village's Greenhouse Gas Reduction Working Group and Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO). 

Bring electronics and gently used shoes, clothing, and more. Shoes and textiles will be collected for reuse and donation, while electronics will be responsibly recycled. See below for a full list of accepted items.

Accepted Items

Textiles: New or gently used clothes will be accepted. Please bring items bagged and clean. 

  • Clothing of all kinds (excluding undergarments)
  • Bed Linens
  • Table Linens 
  • Comforters & Blankets 
  • Towels

Pairs of Shoes: Please tie pairs together with laces, rubber bands, or zip-ties
