Last week, the contractor completed the water main lateral connections between the railroad tracks and Waukegan Road, along with the storm sewer installation at Springfield and Hazel Avenues. Work will continue during this week, including the installation of temporary asphalt at Park and Hazel Avenues and preparation of the subgrade for new curbs and gutters. Work will then progress to the Prairie Avenue area.
