Construction Update – 5/23/2025
This week, the contractor continued installing topsoil and performing site cleanup, as well as began laying sod near Mitchell Pool. While a few miscellaneous tasks remain, the area is largely prepared for increased summer activity.
Work also progressed on the storm sewer and water main installation between the railroad tracks and Waukegan Road, with construction in that section expected to continue next week.
