Vaccine Locations and Information

The State of Illinois has created a map to help residents find vaccine locations throughout the State. You can search the map here.

Remember that all vaccinations are by appointment only. Please bring documentation to your appointment to show that you are eligible for vaccine as part of a priority group.

Examples of acceptable documents include:

  • Personal identification (State ID or driver’s license, US or foreign passport, Consular ID, Temporary Visitor Driver License)
  • Employee identification (work identification or badge, paycheck stub, CityKey card, letter from employer)

Providers may NOT ask individuals to provide documentation regarding their immigration status.

As the federal government distributes additional vaccine doses, additional appointments will become available. New sites and pharmacies are being added daily. Please check back regularly for available appointments.

You can sign up here to receive weekly Covid-19 updates from the Lake County Health Department.

Snow Plow

Village Snow Response

Public Works responded to the latest winter storm on Monday at 2:30 p.m. with the main salting trucks clearing the Village’s collector routes and Waukegan and Deerfield Roads. At 9 p.m., the remainder of staff was called in to start plowing all 19 individual plow routes. The team worked through the night and finished all streets and parking lots by 11 a.m. Tuesday. Upon completion of plowing, the team used rock salt to control ice on all main routes. Staff began sidewalk clearing on Wednesday morning at 1a.m., and it will take approximately 30 working hours to get through all routes. In all, staff used 136 tons of rock salt and 7,200 gallons of liquid salt brine to combat the storm.

The Village received a delivery of rock salt today and is prepared for the snow forecast for Sunday.
