Construction Update for Week of June 20, 2022

Charing Cross:  Restoration of parkway will occur in the next 1-2 weeks. The final lift of asphalt will be placed in 2-4 weeks.

Gordon Terrace & Plum Tree:    Restoration of parkway will occur in the next 1-2 weeks. The final lift of asphalt will be placed in 2-4 weeks.

Longfellow, Hermitage, Byron, Whittier and Kipling:   Concrete repairs will continue this week.  One final phase of underground repairs will take place mid-week.

Montgomery Rd:  Removal of curb and sidewalk along the south side of Montgomery will begin on Monday, June 20. Some sidewalk placed on the southside of Montgomery poured during the first phase of concrete operations will also be removed this week due to damage by rain. Replacement will be performed at the contractors expense.  Residents impacted by this week's operations were notified last Friday. We are planning to pour curb along the south side, and sidewalk on the northside on Wednesday of this week. However, additional notice will be provided once the actual pour date is solidified.

Rosewood Ave:    Underground operations will continue this week. Underground work includes water main installation and minor repairs to storm sewer laterals relating to roadway drainage. 

Price Lane:    Curb removal is planned for later this week. Additional notification will be provided to residents once the schedule is finalized.
