The below summary, is a forecast of construction operations planned for this week.

Ambleside, Dimmydale & Windcrest
Underground repairs to storm sewer began on Friday, May 14th and will continue on Monday, May 17. Next Tuesday May 18th, the contractor will shift focus to water main installation on Ambleside Drive, (beginning at Wincanton continuing around the bend at Windcrest Drive, ending at Ambleside and Windcrest). Tuesdays work will result in an interruption of water service for a short period of time. Impacted residents will include homes on Wincanton, West Canton Court, East Canton Court and Ambleside Drive. Homes that will be impacted by Tuesday’s water main shut-down were notified on Friday, May 14th (by way of Water Department Door Hanger Notifications).  The contractor will continue installing mainline water main for the remainder of the week.

Elder Lane(Waukegan to east Limits)
We are still awaiting a schedule from the contractor on this location. However, work should begin in this area in mid-June or early-July.

Greenwood (Waukegan to east Limits)
The contractor has indicated that underground crews will begin work on Greenwood on June 1st (after the Memorial Day weekend). Additional communications will proceed.
