Building and Code Enforcement Issues Policy Changes for 2018

Effective January 1, 2018, new changes in policy and procedure took effect in the Building and Code Enforcement Division. The changes are as follows: 

  • Fee change for plumbing inspections from $75 to $80
  • Fee change for general re-inspections from $50 to $100
  • Implementation of Ordinance 0-09-09, Section 6-9.2 regarding default penalties for failure to comply with construction time limits.
