Sign up for Emergency Alerts with CivicReady

September is National Preparedness Month, so the Village would like to remind you to stay informed and prepared for an emergency by signing up for alerts with CivicReady. With CivicReady, the Village is able to send personalized voice, email and text messages to residents and businesses with information about time-sensitive emergency situations like weather hazards and other public safety matters.

Sign up online here and fill in the required personal information including name and email address. CivicReady will then allow for customization of the profile that allows you to choose how you want your messages delivered (phone call, text, email). Be sure to check the box “I allow Regroup to send me voice and text messages.” Additionally, please be sure to keep your information up-to-date to ensure proper delivery of alerts.

By visiting the “Groups” tab toward the left of the webpage, you will be able to select what type of alert you want receive: Emergency Alerts and/or Tornado Warning.

As a reminder, your privacy is important to the Village, so rest assured that your personal information will not be shared.
