Construction Update for Week of June 1, 2020

Posted on June 1, 2020 at 10:44 AM by John Guccione

The below update provides a forecast of construction operations planned for the week of June 1st.  Please note that this forecast is subject to change due to weather and contractor availability.

PROJECT LOCATIONS LISTED IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER

Dartmouth Ave
(Wilmot To Mallard.Including Pembroke and Circle Courts
Resulting from pavement removals beginning last Friday, rather than Thursday, Monday presents Day#2 of pavement removals. Whereas, on Friday (day 1 of pavement removals) only the required depth of pavement was removed, so as to allow safe access to the road without leaving a center line drop off over the weekend. This week, during pavement removals (Monday) and sub-base preparation (Tuesday through Thursday) minimal access delays may be experienced.  Once pavement removal and/or sub-base preparation walks past your location, the contractor quickly installs stone ramps allowing access.  *Paving is planned for for Friday, pending sub-contractor availability.
