Update for week of 10/14

Berkeley Court:  
ACTIVE  90% complete 

Paving of leveling binder has been completed (1 of 2 layers). Final restoration to be completed by end of this week, in preparation for final layer of asphalt paving (which is planned for next week). Additional notice will precede paving.

Birchwood Ave:   ACTIVE 98% complete 

Paving of the final surface course has been completed. Parkway restoration to be completed this week.

Castlewood, Cranshire, Chatham, Peartree & Village Green: 100% complete

Restoration has been completed. Punch list items remain.

Meadow Lane: ACTIVE  90% complete 

Paving of leveling binder has been completed (1 of 2 layers). Final restoration to be completed by end of this week, in preparation for final layer of asphalt paving (which is planned for next week). Additional notice will precede paving.

Rosemary Terrace: 
ACTIVE 98% complete 

Paving of the final surface course has been completed. Parkway restoration to be completed this week.


Warrington ACTIVE 95% complete 
Parkway restoration has been completed. Final road patches will take place this week. The pavement grinder will return later this week to mill the intersection of Warwick and Warrington. Adjustments to underground structures will also take place in preparation for surface course which is planned for next week.  

Wilmot Road (Greenwood to North Ave) ACTIVE  90% complete 

Paving of leveling binder has been completed (1 of 2 layers). Parkway restoration to be completed this week, in preparation for surface course paving to be placed next week. Additional notice will precede paving.

Woodland SubdivisionHawthorne, Oakwood, Woodbine & Woodland ACTIVE 85% complete 
Concrete repairs have been completed. Restoration to parkways continue. This week the contractor will also lower frames and lids to underground utilities in preparation for pavement grinding which is planned for Wednesday through Friday of this week.  During pavement grinding operations the contractor will remove 2.5" of the existing pavement's surface in preparation for resurfacing of the roadway which will take place in 1-2 weeks.
